Frequently Asked Questions
A: We pride ourselves in taking a cynical and scientific approach to our investigations. Our goal is to always look at our customers claims with the goal of finding a logical, scientific reason for the activity. We also run several pieces of equipment to record any events that happen during our investigation, so to be able to present concrete evidence to our clients.
A: We try to do all our investigations on Saturday's (we do have day jobs to pay the bills). Our investigations usually start around 8pm. We try to end most of our investigations around 1 or 2 am, but we are flexible depending on the clients schedule, the size of the location, and how active the site is during our investigation.
A: The science behind paranormal research is still in its earliest days. We do this as much for scientific research as we do to put our clients mind at ease by presenting alternate explanations to what is perceived as paranormal activity. We feel that if a team goes so far as to charge for services it damages the credibility of the investigation as a whole. Either the client feels cheated if no paranormal evidence is collected, or any evidence is drawn into question as to its reliability because of the expectation to find paranormal activity.
A: There are many ways to contact our team about an investigation. We all actively seek out leads through friends and family. You can also contact us through our "Contact Us" link. Once we have been contacted, we will ask you to fill out our questionnaire if you have not already. We will then review our calendar to find a date that works well for our client and ourselves. We will schedule the investigation and call a day or 2 before to confirm the date.
A: We each followed our own path to this crossroad. The one thing we all have in common is whether it was through work, family, or friendship; we all came together as a team and we continue to work as a team. We "officially" joined forces as a team in May of 2009, although we each have had experiences in our past that helped hone our investigative skills.
A: Although the main purpose of the page is to bring awareness to our team and schedule investigations, we would like to see it become sort of a "one stop shopping" location for people who share in our interest in the paranormal sciences. We will be adding a forum for our friends and clients to discuss theories, stories of active locations, and investigation methods. We will encourage people to share and discuss evidence and common interests such as the paranormal shows on TV and paranormal stories in the news.
